Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated using the dollar amount spent within the United States. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. For orders outside United States, contact us for shipping instructions. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days, though there are occasional delays of up to a week for certain products. You will be notified by email when your order ships. Orders are sent via UPS or US Postal service. After receiving your notification that your order has shipped, please allow 3 or 4 working days to receive the product on the West Coast and Mid-West, and 4 or 5 working days for it to get to the East Coast. Return Policy: Flameworx is confident you will be happy with your product. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns will only be accepted when the proper RMA# has been assigned. Merchandise must be returned in new, resellable condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
